Maintenance Technician
ResourceMFG is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Lansing area
Candidate will perform preventative maintenance to manufacturing equipment, makes equipment improvements, upgrades, installations, in assigned areas. Responds to calls from production teams for emergency repairs and performs a variety of service work in one or more specialized skill such as mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and machine servicing. Ensures that maintenance coverage for production areas is provided for all times and follows lock out tag out procedures at all times. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics is essential and general knowledge of construction blueprints is helpful.
Qualifications include:
Troubleshooting and repairing production machines and equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical
Familiar with troubleshooting and repairing servo drives
Troubleshoot and repair control and motor circuits
Familiar with PLC's (Fanuc)
Experience with basic welding and fabrication
Experience operating a forklift
Experience with O.S.H.A Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures

Mechanical aptitude Experience with MIOSHA standards
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Pay is based on experience and negotiable
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
