Mold Remediation Company looking for new talent to train in a trade! Position of Mold Remediation Technician has similarities to restoration work, basement water proofing, building contracting. The perfect candidate will be willing work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, have a positive strong attitude and work ethic. General contracting, home inspection, home builders, framers and roofers are among some professions that match our criteria. Attention to detail and knowledge of a home's trust system and foundation types will help individuals succeed in this trade.
Position includes the removal of mold in attics and crawlspaces in residential homes. We provide proper training of the following:
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Removal of mold from roof decking, underlay and crawl space joists.
Removal of wood staining caused by extended periods of mold growth
Benefits: This is a direct employment (non-subcontracting) opportunity of $45K to $60K per year. Paid on the job training will be provided. Tools, equipment and jobs will also be provided.
