2nd Shift Production Manager

At the direction of the Plant Manager manage Plant operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures to ensure that plant goals are met, and ensure that all Plant operations are running safely, efficiently, and optimally.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Operate within Kamps Pallets safety standards, ensuing a clean and safe work environment
o Supervise Production operations to ensure they are in accordance with plant policies and procedures
o Ensure that any and all production goals for the plant are met
o Train and coach team members
o Schedule team members to include the following: Work station assignments, Training, Vacations, Breaks, Overtime
o Coordinate start up, shut down, and changeover
o Conduct performance reviews
o Schedule and conduct department meetings
o Assist production when necessary
o Review and complete paperwork as required
o Communicate with Department Supervisors and Plant Manager to ensure operations are running satisfactorily
o Perform any other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or the Corporate Operations Director
Qualifications:
4 year degree
Previous plant management experience
Able to lead and direct employers effectively and fairly
Able to communicate clearly and effectively to the management and fellow team members
Able to solve practical problems in an efficient manner that is fair to all parties and deal with a variety of situations.
Able to meet deadlines and work well with various personalities and ability levels
Familiar with the Plant operations and the different tasks and duties performed throughoutEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
