Overview:
This position is responsible for managing the overall performance of the Corporate Training and Management Development Department including the management and development of all assigned personnel. Responsibilities include:
-Establishing and implementing a long term Department plan that complements the vision for Corporate -Training and Management Development including personal development skills, business skills, management and leadership skills.
-Raising the productivity of nearly our entire workforce to think, judge and act at higher levels than otherwise would have been achieved without this position.
-Incorporating our values, culture and philosophies (VCPs) into training programs and the department.
-Being results-oriented to maximize profits for the company for the long term.
Specific Duties:
-Manage and develop all training staff in accordance with our company management philosophies and approaches.
-Oversee the research, development and creation of all training programs to be delivered by Corporate Training.
-Oversee the execution and delivery of all Corporate Training programs through corporate trainers. This also includes overseeing work with plant and HR managers to use qualified plant personnel to deliver selected classes to their local plant employees.
-Ensure the delivery of all Corporate Training is of high quality and consistently meets the needs of the participants and the company.
-Oversee theEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
