Job Description
Review of incoming mail and activities relating to changes of delivery dates, volumes, new orders and customer specific changes
Organization, execution, verification and evaluation of annual inventory as assigned
Raw material cycle counts and inventory control
Representation of company's interests compared to customers and suppliers
Responsible for coordinating outsourcing processes
Induce continuous improvement processes
Planning and scheduling of production and assembly sequences, the elaboration of tooling plans, NC programs in the automotive field
Participation in the release of production facilities and production processes
Planning of the production program
Responsibility to take action in case of production or scheduling difficulties
Process control and optimization
Input into the control of monthly accounting as well as control and comparison of turnover and cost budget
Induce product costing analysis
Prepares production reports
Prepare lists and purchase orders to obtain required material, tools, and equipment
Communicate with production personnel, purchasing department, and supervisors on material status and production planning issues
Cycle counts
Maintain all environmental, health, and safety requirements (OSHA, NFPA, DEQ)
Establish & Control WIP and Finish Goods Inventory levels consistent with Plant Goals & Objectives
CAPA system & existing machine capacity
Service part scheduling
Job Requirements
Other duties as assigned Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience required
SAP experience required
Education
Associates Degree minimum, Bachelor degree preferred or comparable work experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
