SAP Project Manager

Company Name:
o Responsible for entire project lifecycle from initiation, planning, and execution of multiple concurrent enterprise projects ($500K+, over 100+ users )
o Creates and executes project plans, communication Plans, and Microsoft Project schedules
o Regularly updates all project documents including project schedule, risk plan, issue logs, action item lists and change log
o Actively and regularly tracks and manages project issues and change requests to closure.
o Maintains and reports project metrics such as upcoming project tasks, delayed project tasks, project critical path, open action item, issue and change aging reports.
o Prepares steering committee presentations
o Proactively and effectively communicates with all project stakeholders including project steering committee, core team members and project owners.
o Effectively plans, organizes and conducts all project related meetings, including steering committee, stake holder and core team meetings
o Creates and publishes project meeting minutes and periodic project status reports.
o Creates, submits and obtains approvals for Project financial documents (CAPEX, OPEX requests
o Coordinate and manage all vendor tasks and deliverables including, Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Contracts, Statement of Works (SOW) Master Service Agreements (MSA) and license agreements.
o Creates and submits monthly project financial reports on a timely basis
o Performs and reports project budget variance analysis
o Escalates potential project risks, issues and project delays as required.
o Collaborates with stake holders and core team members to forecast project resource requirements and identify resource conflicts in advance.
o Actively and regularly updates project resource requirements

o Keeps track of project lessons learned and shares those lessons across project team members
o Effectively utilizes each project team member to his/her fullest potential
o Remains on the forefront of emerging Project/Program/Vendor Management best practices

o Manages and resolves potential team conflicts

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
