The Salesforce.com Architect will work to leverage features and functions of the Salesforce.com platform to improve organizational efficiencies and broaden our knowledge base for faster issue resolution while enabling us to identify high-priority case types to increase visibility and management of cases. The goal of the project is to improve case resolution time as well as the overall time for service through improved tracking within Salesforce.com. The vision of this project includes utilizing the Salesforce Service Cloud as the foundation for the Contact Management and Call Tracking Solution, ultimately using

Telephony Integration (CTI).
o At least five (5) years systems level architecture, decision support and analysis.o At least four (6) years of experience with large-scale deployment of Salesforce.com applications.o Strong, recent experience in complex Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).o Experience deploying service cloud to large scale organizations.o Experience consolidating multiple call centers into a single organizationo Experience integrating Salesforce with InContact for IVR.o Experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle.o Several years of consulting facilitation and presentation experience or commensurate, demonstrated expertise.o At least five (5) development experience in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#.o Strong development experience in a RDBMS such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.o At least five (5) years hands-on software applications and database development.o Advanced knowledge of the following Salesforce.com technology and enterprise architecture topics: o Platform Security o Portals and Record Sharing Strategies o Platform Governance
o Architect, design, and implement Service Cloud product features.o Have a passion for quality and designing systems that scale and perform well.o Business process, requirements analysis and process mapping.o Application design and configuration.o Troubleshooting user support requests, creation of documentation.o Collaboration with other team members and otherwise assisting project team members.o Work with department leadership to determine the initial project and or request schedule and resource/role allocation.o Perform day-to-day facilitation of new project development including participating in meetings, generating deliverables and managing relevant communication.o Ensuring timely QA review to programmers.
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experienceo Salesforce.com Certified Administratoro Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer (preferred)o Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultanto Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant (preferred) .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
