Day In the Life of a Labor Resource Coordinator Do you enjoy solving challenging problems? Are you motivated by filling gaps within a schedule to help move a project forward? Are you energized by organization and details? We want you to join our team! We would count on you to support our team with:
Coordinating field labor placement and general staffing needs for jobsites.
Communicate with field labor leadership to proactively plan for the transition of employees from and to projects.
Forecast field labor needs and creatively plan for both short-term and long-term solutions.
Building relationships with local union organizations to assist with finding new talent.
Evaluate potential new hires for roles and assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Providing administrative assistance for tracking safety certifications, labor skill sets, and background check readiness.
What Experience You Bring 3 years of related experience.
Education in Construction Management, Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or relevant field preferred.
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Labor Management Software.
Decisive and motivated:

Work collaboratively and build relationships with a multitude of different clients.

Talk the talk by showing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What Sets You Apart While not required, you'll really stand out if you have the following skillsets:
Prior experience with union contract and organized labor.
Familiarity with Labor Management Software and Scheduling Software.
Knowledge in safety manual compliance, training tracking, incident reports, and renewals.
