Job Description:
Primary responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls, and to assist advisors by organizing and ensuring proper completion of all client paperwork, following-up on client service issues, maintaining files, and performing various tasks as needed.
Punctuality is a must as you will be charged with opening and closing the office since advisors office presence varies due to client meetings.
Quick learner is preferable as we understand there will be a bit of a learning curve with office processes and paperwork but candidate should come equipped with basic office skills such as answering phones, computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Criminal background check is required, if you have a criminal background you need not apply as this is a highly regulated industry.
This is an hourly position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
