You'll assist therapists, assist in the creation of engaging social media content, and handle patient communication.

Support and communicate with patients Handle patient payments and documentation Create engaging digital content Grow and manage the clinic's online presence
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required / Associate degree preferred.

years of experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles preferred.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities (SKA) Required:
Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing.
Knowledge of Google Suite software is preferred but optional.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially on the phone).
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with time-sensitive constraints.
Basic understanding of posting to social media platforms is necessary (Facebook, YouTube, Google).
