We have an immediate need to assist our military with care coordination! The Care Coordinator will ensure that every Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG) soldier is medically ready to execute his/her state and federal mission.
The team member will identify those soldiers not meeting medical deployment standards, track their care through deployability or medical separation from the force, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process.
Care Coordinators assist Case Management staff to ensure medical records are obtained, loaded into electronic medical records and hardcopy files.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the medical records or medical assistance field.
Experience in MS Office and EMR platforms.
