This position sets up files, performs filing, and sends records to the Records Center.
This position will also assist with the electronic document management records and assists the Executive Office with Freedom of Information Act requests.
This position also assists the Director's Management Assistant as well as the Deputy Directors' Management Assistants and staff within the Executive Office with special projects, including typing on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proofreading database entry; processing travel expenses; and appointment scheduling.
