The Track & Trace position is responsible for ensuring our fleet is on time to each stop and that all deliveries and pickups are met.
Track & Trace will work within the Operations Department, fielding team phone calls, updating company logs, utilizing company TMS and auditing paperwork.
This position will report to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities & Duties Audit field team paperwork from previous day and enter data into company database.
Monitor, manage and report daily fleet activities from origin to destination- tracking time on site for deliveries and pickups.
Input information into company database on ongoing basis.
Manage all inbound communications from the field team and provide answers/solutions through problem solving and troubleshooting, if necessary.
Utilize the use of reporting tools to measure key performance indicators.
Use of company TMS, spreadsheets, and email to provide real time updates and analysis on operational activities within the fleet.
Works with the operations department, including the Route Manager, providing real time information to make routing decisions.
Performs any additional operational duties as assigned by Director of Operations or manager, as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent Problem-Solving Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent Critical Thinking Skills Additional Requirements:
Must be 21
Must not be employed by any other cannabis company.
