Responsibilities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards Prepare HR-related reports as needed Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies Answer Corporate phone line Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks Schedule appointments and manage calendars Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements and skills Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Eagerness to learn Team player This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
