We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist for our Support Center in Lansing / Mount Pleasant, Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated.
Technology Support Specialists are responsible for entering and editing service requests, assisting with hardware/software/networking needs, documenting processes, performing new user and computer setups, and more.
The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.
Remote work possible after a new hire introductory period.
You Have:
Two or more years' experience troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, network scanners, printers, and accessories Working knowledge of networking printers and scanners Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications Ability to multitask Proven customer service skills Strong email and telephone etiquette Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines We Have:
