A key element of this service delivery involves building relationships with people and finding ways to save them time and money while improving their financial well-being.
Daily tasks include answering phone calls and helping members with everything from basic money transfers to running loan applications.

30am-6:
30pm Monday-Friday and 8:
30am-2pm on Saturdays.
Remote work is available for this position but candidates must live in Michigan.
Onsite training and occasional meetings are required.
To be successful in this position, you will need a high school diploma or GED and a college degree or six months to two years of similar or related experience.
It is helpful if you have previous experience in a credit union or other financial institution.
This is a full-time, hourly, union position.
The pay for this position is $16.
62 per hour in addition to incentive and performance-based pay and annual increases.
