Responsibilities:
-Select service requests from customers via THYIM mobile application for Helpers, that you're fully capable of performing - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Provide an exceptional customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction - Demonstrate excellent phone and text etiquette while interacting with customers -Ability to effectively communicate with customers - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - MUST attend company launch/helper demo event to receive free assistance kit ( no cost to attend, takes place on the weekend and children are welcome)
Experience:
- No experience necessary As an Independent Service Specialist (Helper), you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and providing an exceptional customer experience.
You will use your excellent communication skills to interact with customers and address their concerns.
