This position receives and reviews criminal history results for prospective foster parents, adoptive homes, and affiliated adult household members.
This position reviews criminal history record information (CHRI) to determine which degree of evaluation, if any, child placing agencies and adoption agencies must perform on each individual.
This position follows the Division of Child Welfare Licensing's (DCWL) fingerprinting process requiring knowledge of all MDHHS, MSP, and FBI laws, policies, and procedures.
This position contributes to compliance with policies and laws by tracking DCWL's receipt and dissemination of fingerprint criminal history results.
