com/careers/ We are currently seeking a Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) for our Rehmann Technology Solutions (RTS) team.
This role manages and remediates the alerts that are generated by in-house monitoring systems to ensure minimal impact of critical problems on client systems.
Using monitoring and management technologies, the NOC Engineer identifies recurring issues and ensures they are addressed appropriately.
The NOC Engineer develops standard fixes that can be universally applied to quickly fix and prevent issues.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Taking proactive action to avoid hardware, software, and network issues.
Conducting root cause analysis on reoccurring issues to prevent long-term obstacles Applying a continuous improvement mindset to perform reviews of NOC alerts and remediating issues Managing our backup platforms to best practice, ensuring client data is secure and accessible Managing our security platforms to best practice, ensuring systems are up to date and proper protection is in place Managing our cloud infrastructure to best practice Coordinating with clients to facilitate patching, reboots, agent software maintenance, and other NOC related activities Developing scripts and automated tasks to resolve NOC alerts Partner with the Service Desk and Managed Solutions teams to escalate issues for review and remediation Creating and maintaining internal and client facing guides for addressing commonly identified problems Innovating and improving services that benefit clients and RTS Juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy Thinking creatively (often in high stress situations) so that services are scheduled efficiently and effectively Your Desired Skills, Experiences and Values:

years of related experience, preference for consulting and client facing interactions Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related degrees required IT/MCSE, IT/CCDP and other Microsoft, O365, Azure, VMware or Cisco certifications a plus Experience with Networking and best practice network design Experience with hardware support, installing server systems, networking, desktops, and peripherals General understating of scripting and programing fundamentals, PowerShell and automation experience Experience working in a priority based dispatch model Experience working in an Information Technology related environment Unwavering integrity in all situations Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy Empathy and ability to provide relevant answers suitable to clients at various stages in the service process High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent troubleshooting skills, preferred Ability to adapt to various personality types and adjust communication accordingly to ensure clarity and positive outcomes Ability to train, coach, and mentor others Ability to build relationships and ask questions that elicit responses and engage others in discussion We Put People First in all that we do.
