Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product recommendations - Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits - Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred - Knowledge of wireless and electronics products is a plus - Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual language skills (if applicable) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
