As an Accounting HR Associate at AAI, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance and human resources functions within our organization.
Your role encompasses a wide range of tasks related to accounting and HR, ensuring the efficient operation of these vital areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accounting
Responsibilities:
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Preparing general ledger postings.
Coding invoices, setting up new accounts, and reconciling accounts.
Managing vendor relationships and resolving payment inquiries.
HR
Responsibilities:
Managing employee records and HR documentation.
Processing bi-weekly payroll.
Facilitating benefits-related tasks.
Providing support for employee payroll and benefit matters.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling HR and financial data.
