MUST HAVE FULL AVAILABILITY NOW-8/25 WORKING 7 DAYS A WEEK, 10-12 HOUR DAYS.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL 1-2 HOURS AWAY FOR WORK- We often are working in A2 or Kzoo.
Ability to spend the night in provided housing is also a plus.
Seeking enthusiastic trainees to become production (we move quickly) painters with good attitude, experience providing great service, can operate well on a team, and willing to jump in and assist with our company's rapid growth.
Daily work will consist of HIGHLY PHYSICAL, ALL DAY paint rolling and paint cutting all day long.
Requires crouching, bending, lifting, and continued HIGH PACED movement.
Previous high physical employment favored.
PAY INCREASE OF $1 AFTER PASSING TRAINING CHECKLIST.
Must be able to learn to cut freehand, roll for hours with 18in rollers, and be able to provide exemplary customer service.
If interested and performance matches expectations, employees grow to crew lead within 6 months which pays commission pay vs hourly.
Our leads average $20- $35 an hour.
Must have a working cell phone, reliable vehicle to get to work sites which vary daily.
We are doing some daily travel to Kzoo, Ann Arbor, GR, and Lansing that generally happens in company vehicles.
We also do further/large project travel but it is not required although more opportunity and pay lie within those positions.
