Customer Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide any necessary assistance Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and record keeping - Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including:
