We're looking for someone who is industrious, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a positive team player to join our Gillespie Group family as a Service Tech for our Downtown Lansing apartment communities! (Outfield Ballpark Lofts, Stadium District, Marketplace, BLOCK 600, Prudden Place, Midtown) Potential candidates should be able to perform the following:
Minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and landscape work as well as participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
Conduct apartment turnover duties including cleaning, repairs and painting Complete all work orders in a timely manner Maintain property grounds through daily inspection, clean-up and preventative care Maintain and care of equipment Complete emergency repairs, as required Perform any additional tasks, as required Gillespie Group values our team members and are looking to empower those who are interested in a career, not just a job.
