Grounds Maintenance Worker

Full time available immediately for our Lansing area properties.
The Groundskeepers for an apartment community are a very important part of the team.
You will responsible for maintaining and keeping up the cleanliness of the landscaping, parking areas, and other communal areas of the facilities.
Responsibilities for Grounds Maintenance, not limited but includes:
Picks up trash and keeps community dumpster area clean and accessible, making repairs when needed.
Ensures mulch, rock and other decorative landscape is raked, and looks great.
Assists maintenance teams with apartment turns and construction debris removal Must work well with a team Removes debris from stairs and walks, rakes leaves, and mows lawns.
Sprays for weeda Power washing Performs minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools as required.
Assists in the maintenance of parking lots and other surfaces, including asphalt repairs and minor masonry or plastering work as required.
Shovels and removes snow and ice from designated areas such as sidewalks, stairs and entryways as required.
Deliver Notices for inspections, etc.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:
00 to 5:
00 - Weekends if there is a snow event.
Occasional overtime.
