We are looking for a driven individual who can multitask and work safely at a steady pace.
The maintenance technician position offers an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in multiple skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, welding, and basic engineering).
This position provides excellent growth opportunities with the ability to become proficient in the above skilled trades.
All that we ask of you is the desire to learn and apply yourself.
Prior experience in these trades in not required.
Main responsibilities include:
Perform all preventive maintenance tasks including greasing and oiling, inspecting mechanical parts and changing belts.
Perform minor fine-tuning and troubleshooting of laundry systems and machinery.
Will spend considerable amount of time cleaning and maintaining equipment, building and grounds.
Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of basic tools and mechanisms.
