Quick Apply Full-time 20 hours ago Full Job Description Professional Management Company, Is seeking a Maintenance Tech candidate for a beautiful 140-unit apartment midrise in the heart of Lansing just in view of our beautiful Capitol Building.
The right individual for this position must possess adequate maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, drywall, and all other aspects of building knowledge is helpful.
Grounds work including light landscaping is a must and snow removal in winter months.
In addition, the right candidate must be on an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance service once a month.
The right candidate must be able to be flexible in his/her position to be able to assist where needed and when needed by the company.
Reliable Transportation is a must.
