1 year Remote or On-site:
Hybrid (Dimondale, MI) schedule in office 2 days a week.
(In office days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays) Currently local candidates are heavily preferred.
Non-local may apply and be prepared to relocate (at their own expense) at time of acceptance.
No on-site delays will be allowed and NO REMOTE ONLY option.
Experience:
Business Analyst Experience - 5
Years Professional Experience in Agile environment - 3
Years Experience with testing.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile process Experience creating, performing and validating all aspects of testing Creates, Performs, and Validates all aspects of testing including, but not limited to use cases, test data, and test results.
Differentiate between defects and new requirements and initiate change requests as necessary.
Develop and monitor defect tracking logs and facilitate problem resolution.
Leads post implementation validation of RFCs (application changes, infrastructure changes, etc.
).
Evaluate impact of new development tools, languages, upgrades, and equipment on agency systems and make recommendations.
Monitors long term IT solution traits and break fix patterns and recommends IT solutions to alleviate persistent problems.
