com/ The following locations have an URGENT and IMMEDIATE NEED for a qualified Recovery Advocacy and Program Support (RAPS) Program Coordinator.
This is a full-time position within the walls of a secure correctional facility, MONDAY- FRIDAY, 8:
00am-4:
30pm.
LANSING, MI - HYBRID POSITION A pre-employment physical, 2 step TB test and drug screen are required.
Qualifications of the RAPS Program Coordinator Valid Masters level Social Work, Counseling or Psychology degree Current Michigan License to practice mental health.
Must possess strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
Must possess the disposition to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people, all levels of staff, and interact professionally as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Certified to provide Basic Cardiac Life Support.
Responsibilities of the RAPS Program Coordinator Track the workload of the Recovery Coaches by utilizing spreadsheets and provide data regarding programs to the supervisor.
Assist in hiring process by ensuring that the hiring process is followed Track data regarding program participants and provide data to the supervisor Visit program sites, completing at least 12 formal site visits per year, and as needed Submit program data to grantor Attend meetings with Recovery Coaches, Parole and Probation Supervisors and Field Operations Administration Train new Recovery Coaches in job responsibilities Strong written and verbal skills Able to utilize electronic record formats #HP123 Job Types:
