Position Description:
This position will work closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure that activities are completed, related to the on-going management of the project. Your future duties and
Responsibilities:
- CGI Project Management administrative duties such as program code set-up and maintenance, time sheet management, revenue recognition support, team member support, etc. - Project Management reporting, deliverable submission and status duties such as creation, review, and distribution of reports to appropriate teams, strategic internal discussions on status, external review of deliverables, reports, etc. - Client strategic meeting support duties such as development of slide decks for client discussions, coordination and establishment of meetings, tracking action items and following up with the team through closure of those items, etc. - Participation in day-to-day project activities such as stand-up status meetings, solution strategy discussions, defect analysis discussions, implementation-planning discussions, migration strategy discussions, etc. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required qualifications to be successful in this role - Strong oral and written communication skills - This role will need to be able to communicate appropriately with key stakeholders and multiple teams. - Ability to build key relationships within CGI and with clients - Good analytical, problem solving, and reading comprehension skills - Strong organizational skills - Knowledge of SDLC and IT development processes - Flexibility and willingness to support a wide range of changing tasks and responsibilities - Must be proactive and self-driven to be productive and find ways to help in between tasks and assignments Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required Project Management skills including:

years experience managing complex projects - Experience in operational technology and Real-time systems, and impacts to customers - Strong customer and relationship management skill; builds key relationships with customers, projects team and vendor partners - Must be adept at managing stakeholder expectations, scope, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment using a defined SDLC approach via both internal and external (Vendor) project team resources. - Proven experience managing scope definition. - Ability to provide thought leadership and develop clear objectives from general goals. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to dissect complex problems and processes and drive solutions and supporting documentation. - Proven experience managing software and hardware implementation projects following a prescribed methodology. - Proven experience on a project with organizational impact and managing the associated change management. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT or related degree. Minimum Education Required:
Bachelors Degree Additional information or comments Ability to effectively work in a remote environment with an ability to travel to Lansing, MI up to 25% as required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
