A valued member of the Business Analytics, Data and Training Services within Advancement Information Systems and Donor Strategy (AIS-DS) team, the Learning Designer and Instructor is responsible for designing and facilitating database, business intelligence and reporting tools training programs which are specific to the needs of University Advancement's processes and systems in support of the strategic objectives of University Advancement.
The Learning Designer and Instructor is responsible for implementing ISD, Instructional Systems Design, maximizing the effectiveness, efficiency and appeal of the learning experience through utilization of the ADDIE model for instructor- led and e-learning strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Communications, Education, information systems or other related discipline; or three years of equivalent and translatable experience which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree

years of business experience in training and instructional or equivalent;one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in the design, development and presentation of instructional programs using software or tools related to the educational programs being conducted
Strong experience building training curriculum, procedures, documentation, programs for cross platform delivery preferred
Strong communications, writing and organizational skills
Results driven with experience working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
Strong project management experience desired
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly present instructional solutions for technical complexities in business terms
Must be able to organize and manage projects independently
DESIRED
Knowledge of Higher Education Advancement office
Familiarity with Ellucian's Advance system, preferred
Familiarity with Cognos system, preferred
Familiarity with Lanteria/Sharepoint, preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
